Melissa had good knowledge of local market conditions, and kept me informed on same, plus providing useful info on condition of unit and impact on likely selling price (including options for improving unit conditions prior to sale), Along with her colleague Nicola Kollen, she was very helpful in communicating with my last tenant and making cleaning arrangements etc after the latter's lease ended. Both ladies were very friendly but completely professional, and it was great to have them handle my unit end of lease and then sale arrangements.
