We recently sold our house with Brett and the Edge. As is usual with all employees of the Edge (we also use the company as our Rental Agent) Brett was very professional and very personable and easy to work with. He kept us well-informed at every step of the way. We were always able to get in contact with him - something which can be difficult with other agents. Brett took the time to thoroughly check the property beforehand and gave us an honest appraisal of its worth and helped us decide on the price which we should charge (which the property sold for!). I highly recommend Brett if you need an agent to sell your house!
