We cannot recommend Tom Sullivan from Edge Realestate highly enough. Wow, this would have to be the best experience we have ever had with selling a property. Toms knowledge and professionalism made the whole process easy and stress free, along with achieving a great result for us within a week of our house being listed. Thank you Tom, excellent service.

Grant has been great to work with, very quick to respond to our inquries or questions with the vendor. Hasn't left us guessing about anything along the way and forthright about the processes or whatever has to be done next. If we were to do business with The Edge again we'd likely request to work with him and will consider him when it comes time to sell.

It was a pleasure working with Tom throughout the sales process. Tom's professionalism extended from the initial meeting, to advising on how to best present the house for inspections and throughout negotiations once an offer was made, with excellent communication throughout. Tom is a knowledgeable and empathetic leader in his field. We have no hesitation recommending Tom.

Brett recently helped us to market and sell our investment property. He was so easy to deal with - always available to talk through any issues and concerns. Very knowledgeable about current market trends and realistic in his recommendations about what was required to best present the property for sale. The property was tenanted and Brett was also very professional in his dealings with the tenant. He always kept us updated and made the entire process seem simple.. We highly recommend Brett.
