We are the purchaser so Tom is not our agent. I was asked to write this review before settlement so perhaps that's just a a little early to comment on the full process. However, to this stage in the purchase, we have found Tom to be a reliable helpful agent to us as buyers. Would we consider him as a seller's agent for ourselves? We certainly would. He is personable and helpful, and although he is not strictly on our side in this transaction, appears fair and honest. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
