The sale of my unit was easy from beginning to end , communication from Grant and backup staff was excellent. To top it off I believe a good all round result. I can recommend Grant Larsen for your sale or purchase as 4 years ago when buying I went to a few of his “open house “ sales.

Ive worked with Tom on 2 properties and his knowledge, professionalism and honesty was exceptional. I trusted him completely and in doing so he was able to achieve over asking price for each house. Tom's communication with each process at each step was excellent. I will be trusting him with my homes again. Thankyou Tom!

Grant was an absolute pleasure. Not only was I purchasing a home for the first time, but I was also relocating from my previous town. Grant able to answer every question I threw at him, made himself available with limited warning for inspections and was prompt to respond to me whenever I emailed, sms'd or called.
