David sold the house next door and got a really great price, and after meeting 7 other Agents in Coffs he was definitely our pick. He was great for us as he got us a great result, we was very calm in a minor roadblock that came, and his communication style suited us perfectly. He had over 60 people at the only open house we needed, and we had multiple offers. Also The Edge Real Estate really does have the Edge, as they have a unique way to approach marketing that we really liked. It was a seamless process and we are really glad we used The Edge. We are hoping to hear that Dave completes the Hillview/Murray Drive Hatrick and gets three in a row.
