Russell's company had been the my property manager for many years. For that reason l decided to have Russell sell my villa. They had looked after me for so long. l met Russell for the first time December 11th. He suggested a figure that he thought the property was worth and l thought no, you must be joking, no way was it worth that much as it was being sold as is. Russell impressed me with his honesty and kept me informed, he presented me with a few offers and then discussed them with me and offered input into who would best suit living in the area. That, to me was valuable advice. l've spoken to the new owner and she, like myself was impressed by Russell. Russell suggested selling the property as is because new owners want to make changes, l'm so glad l took that advice because the new owner has told me of the changes she's making, so l can see Russell saved me thousands of dollars by advising me not to do the renovations. l'd highly recommend Russell to anyone who is looking for an agent when selling their property
