Managed sale of property well.
Decided to go with Russell to sell a property. He was willing to start the campaign strong/optimistically in a cooling market. Communication was easy and guidance on strategy was sound when offers were recieved. Was also able to organise preperation of property/marketing campaign in a significantly short timeframe through his network of contractors/service providers during a generally busy period of the year.

Very helpful, friendly, and reassuring
Because of Russell's help, I was able to inspect a property, put in an offer, and have it accepted all in the same day. He also went out of his way for every step that I needed help with, and even towards the end said he would be available to help. If I have any more needs for a real estate agent, Russell will be my first choice.

Excellent agent to use when selling property.
I’ve used Marketplace reality for over 17 years and couldn’t fault anything during my journey with them. Russell has always been supportive during my time as a property investor and I wouldn’t have been comfortable using anyone else when I came time to sell. I would highly recommend anyone planning to sell or lease a property contact the team at market place reality, they aren’t a huge organisation which is beneficial to the clients. Thanks to Russ and the team also like to thank Carole you guys have been great over the years. I will definitely use you again if I buy another property to lease.

The sale of our property was stressless and awsome
