Excellent agent to use when selling property.
I’ve used Marketplace reality for over 17 years and couldn’t fault anything during my journey with them. Russell has always been supportive during my time as a property investor and I wouldn’t have been comfortable using anyone else when I came time to sell. I would highly recommend anyone planning to sell or lease a property contact the team at market place reality, they aren’t a huge organisation which is beneficial to the clients. Thanks to Russ and the team also like to thank Carole you guys have been great over the years. I will definitely use you again if I buy another property to lease.

My experience with Russell Fellows
Russell did an excellent job in a slightly depressed market at the time, his knowledge and expertise were not to be faltered he never gave up and always gave me confidence that he could sell my property. My property was sold for about what I expected at the time. I also used Russell company as a rental agency. Marketplace Realty did an excellent job. I also would like to thank Carol Sobaze for managing my property for many years with excellent results.
