An absolute winner
It's actually hard to know where to start in my praise for Jessica as an agent for the recent sale of our father's estate. From the very first day, she understood the assignment and I can honestly say that we could not have done this without her. We interviewed several agents, but we chose to go with Marshall Group due to their obvious knowledge and sincerity when we discussed what we needed as vendors. We had the immediate assistance of an array of excellent local tradespeople who made time for us because we were with this team. Jessica jumped in immediately and was such a hands-on organiser with the amount of work we had to do to get this house ready for the market. Anything we needed took just one phone call to Jessica. She seems to have boundless energy and a solution to every problem. So after the tradies had all left and we were ready with staging in place, Jessica kept us up to speed with other property movements in the area and helped us decide a listing price which made sense to all of us. She reported back promptly with open home outcomes and was out the front with the leaf blower before inspections, making the place look it's best. Living offshore, meant I could not be there every week but I was so relaxed knowing that I had left the job in such capable hands. Jessica has a great support network at the agency, meaning there was always someone picking up the reins if Jessica had to tend to other properties, but she somehow made us feel as though we were her only client. Always available to take a call, or arrange what we needed. If you are "in the market" for an agent, you would be hard pressed to find a more helpful, attentive and hard-working person to handle your sale. We were happy with the price and I know the sale only made it over the line because she worked so hard on our behalf. Thanks Jessica, you were a great decision!

Kate is a very skilled and highly experienced agent. She is a good communicator and provided excellent advice at every step of the way. She managed the buyers well and worked the room at the auction and got me the price I wanted. I highly recommend working with Kate.

A+++ you are a great partner Kate
I did not even have a single open home to sell my property! My agent Kate delivered lots of keen buyers before I started putting my property in the market and drew competition among them pull out best price one day before the first open home. So no need to have the first open home - no schedule no hassle no waiting no no no. Her market knowledge? I have known her last 8 years and I never thought to see other agent to sell my property because her knowledge in realestate is highest and most reliable which gives me no doubt in her professionalism. Like every other bidder after open inspection, once again I didn't win this apartment and I know it takes time and luck and will only becomes harder next time. Instead of flipping through hundreds of property listing I decided to speak to Kate, as I still believe solution comes from experts who is willing to listen, to share empathy, and to give advice. Thanks to her social network in local community, I was lucky to meet this new vendor who is willing to sell, and happy to accept my offer, and glad to take deposit cheque, all happened just in one day! Her knowledge, communication and professionalism is definitely not limited within office 9 to 5 and is obviously at a higher level, and that's why I highly recommend Kate, and her colleague Ben Chen, and The Marshall Group to all potential new buyer who wants to settle down in Gordon and surrounding area!
