I made two mistakes when I was selling our house, I employed two real estate agents before I met Kate. The other agents got one inappropriate offer in the time they were engaged and Kate had four offers in the first three weeks, culminating in a sale. Kate is full of enthusiasm and is passionate about her work. She provided us with very clear advice on how to prepare for our sale and her market knowledge gave us realistic rather than fanciful expectations of the likely sale price range.
