Nicky understands the market and this area extremely well, so I felt like her guidance and advice were invaluable. We wanted to sell relatively quickly for a good price, without the process becoming too stressful, and that’s what she achieved. We came to market at a particularly difficult time, and saw other similar properties sitting on the market for longer and having to repeatedly reduce their prices. Impressive, excellent in all aspects of the sale process. Cannot recommend Nicki and Brenton highly enough. In a difficult housing market they achieved an excellent result within two weeks of the property being on the market. Throughout their knowledge and experience proved invaluable. They communicated daily and provided honest advice on presentation, articulated a well developed sales strategy and handled the final negotiations with skill.
