James recently sold two of our family properties on the Northern Beaches, and I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Selling property, particularly in current conditions was stressful and at times uncertain, but James brought a calm, highly professional and incredibly proactive approach throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his communication and hustle. He was transparent, responsive and always gave honest advice, even when it wasn’t necessarily the easiest thing to hear. We never felt like we were being ‘sold to’, we felt like we had someone genuinely acting in our best interests. The Northern Beaches market is nuanced and relationship driven, and James clearly knows it exceptionally well. His strategy, buyer management and negotiation skills were excellent, and across both properties he worked incredibly hard to achieve strong outcomes. Importantly, James is just a great person to deal with. Professional without ego, highly engaged, and someone who genuinely cares about doing the right thing by his clients. We felt supported the whole way through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James to anyone selling on the Northern Beaches and would absolutely work with him again in the future.
