Wonderful, personable and professional agent

From the moment we met with Eddy we knew he was the best person to sell our property. Eddy was not your typical "salesperson" and we never felt pressured at all, there was lots of friendly banter and a good understanding of what we wanted. They made us feel relaxed throughout the whole process. The house was well looked after during open homes and they didn't try and ask us to have people coming through out of these times. The weekly reports provided to us were very detailed which is not always the case. He arranged a coffee cart for the auction day, so that was a nice little touch. Eddy was excellent on auction day and his negotiation skills were on display plus his stamina running up and down our stairs! He achieved the best price for our home and we were so pleased but of course a little sad to be leaving our wonderful home. People have been asking me who we used and we would highly recommend Eddy from North Agency if you are thinking of selling your property.
