It was great buying a property through Eddy and his team. He was always responsive to any request and was very easy to work with and talk to.

Eddy worked really hard to sell our house quickly and with little disruption to our lives. He gave us honest and clear advice, communicated all the time and was a lovely friendly presence. We felt he couldn’t have worked harder for our sale and he inspired a lot of trust. We enjoyed working with Eddy.

Working with Eddy and the team was an absolute pleasure. It was not just the way they managed the campaign but it was there attention to detail whether it was for open homes, prospective buyers and us the Vendors expectations. The level of honesty and transparent communication was amazing, it made trusting the team very easy. We would use the team over and over again.

From the moment we met with Eddy we knew he was the best person to sell our property. Eddy was not your typical "salesperson" and we never felt pressured at all, there was lots of friendly banter and a good understanding of what we wanted. They made us feel relaxed throughout the whole process. The house was well looked after during open homes and they didn't try and ask us to have people coming through out of these times. The weekly reports provided to us were very detailed which is not always the case. He arranged a coffee cart for the auction day, so that was a nice little touch. Eddy was excellent on auction day and his negotiation skills were on display plus his stamina running up and down our stairs! He achieved the best price for our home and we were so pleased but of course a little sad to be leaving our wonderful home. People have been asking me who we used and we would highly recommend Eddy from North Agency if you are thinking of selling your property.

Eddy is always quick to reply to any questions I had during the whole process. He’s professional and doesn’t play games. I felt at ease speaking with him and he helped us get a deal done ASAP.

I couldn't recommend Eddy highly enough given my experience working with him on a recent home sale. From the outset he was genuine, engaged and added value to my expectations. It's never an easy task to sell a house, but Eddy went the extra mile on many occasions, reducing my stress and work load. I felt confident leaving so many aspects of the house presentation and sale in his hands that the entire process was seamless. His communication skills were also exceptional, and I never felt short of the information I needed to make the decisions I had to make. Overall 10/10.
