We turned to Nadija and the Perth Property team for the second time,on this occasion to sell our much-loved family home. Nadija came in and with her usual flair, creativity and enthusiasm and staged our home for sale. The transformation was fantastic. The sale process took a little longer than anticipated due to the unique characteristics of the property, but Nadija and Dan were incredibly supportive and positive through the whole process. Nadija ran extra home opens and even held follow up home opens during the week for interested parties. Nadija did an amazing job selling our house in North Perth. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a property. Excellent communication from start to finish, great eye for styling the property (it looked great) and helpful insights on what improvement we could do to maximise the property value before putting it on the market (on top of that she organised the quotes and oversaw the works as we were interstate for full exterior repaint and gardening very quickly). Can’t recommend highly enough as an agent, the whole process was simple and transparent. With the support of Dan, all interactions were professional and diligent. Available whenever we reached out, and even took care of the smaller things along the way such as minor maintenance which we would have done ourselves, but they did our behalf with us being interstate. Knows the market and has great contacts as well, being able to assist with recommendation for settlement agent that was also very easy to deal with. We purchased our house from Nadija originally and had such a good experience we used her to sell it as well when the time came 5 years later.
