Michael Spurge and Lyn have provided the most professional service during the buying period and an after sales support that is second to none. Having bought many properties and experienced many levels of service from real estate agents; Michael has been the best by far and I would happily recommend them to others, both Seller and Buyer. During the sale and negotiation process Michael was very professional, as a Buyer I feel he represented the Seller well and I would use Michael in the future if a sale was required. From the Buyer perspective, Michael was quick to react and support a fast inspection, negotiation and Contract execution process. As a Buyer relocating to a different area, Michael and Lyn have done a fantastic job after the sale has gone through; helping to arrange pool and garden maintenance, connection of services etc. far more than other real estate agents have in the past. Nothing was too much trouble or a problem, they have really made it easy to move into our new home; from the initial contact in response to and internet add to actually moving in.
