She knows her business!
As a first-time seller, I was hesitant about choosing the right person to sell our townhouse. Anita happened to have sold the property next to ours so she knew the area. I didn’t realise how well she knew the area until I called her to discuss our sale!. She was very understanding of our being new to the market and very helpful explaining everything. She conducted all the inspections and followed up with us at every step. She made it very easy for us and I could not be happier with the result. I would recommend Anita to anyone selling on the Gold Coast - she really knows her business.

The Best Agent On The Coast!!!

An Agent with Artistic Flair
From the day we signed up with Anita as our agent, activity at our house began in earnest. Anita thoroughly reviewed the appearance of our property both externally and internally. Her staging and artistic skills came to the fore, and our 31 year-old house was transformed into a more contemporary look. She engaged a professional photographer to present favourable images of our property for affordable marketing purposes. These were presented on the Internet, in brochures, postcards and a large on-site sign for maximum advertising exposure. Anita worked conscientiously throughout the process which included nine "Open Houses" and four personal inspections by potential clients. Feedback was always sought from potential buyers. This information, including all offers, was regularly and honestly communicated to us. Anita's persistence paid off and we signed an unconditional contract suitable to both the buyers and us as owners. Margaret and I would like to thank Anita for her professional attitude, her friendly demeanour and her conscientious work ethic. We would enthusiastically recommend her real estate services to those wishing to sell their property.

Easy to deal with
Mitchell was easy to deal with, we had a few hiccups outside of anyone's control and Mitchell handled everything efficiently for both buyer and seller. He's approachable and easy to talk to, I never felt like I got the typical wanky gold chain Real Estate waffle that often comes from the industry to get the deal over the line. Mitchell was very approachable, practical and knew his market well.
