We had an excellent experience with Obi as our real estate agent. He was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and always had our best interests at heart. Obi’s professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Obi also prepared a nice gift for us when we picked up the keys. Surprisingly, when we went to the property on the next day after settlement, the apartment's door was well wraped like our Christmas gift! I had the pleasure of working with Obi when selling my apartment in Kingston. From our first interaction, Obi was extremely diligent, hard working and a great communicator which immediately set him apart from other agents I spoke to. Through every step of the sale process, Obi was highly engaged and committed to getting the best result possible. I felt comfortable trusting Obi's judgement at each juncture as he was always honest, transparent and a person with high integrity. As an interstate vendor, I was heavily reliant on Obi as the 'man on the ground' for help tidying up the property and preparing it for sale and eventually settlement. Obi went above and beyond and nothing was ever too difficult In the end, we got a great result and Obi's tenacity, work ethic and expertise played a massive role. Couldn't recommend him more highly!

We first met Ben Wilson and Lauren Laing when we purchased another property off them. We asked Ben and Lauren if they could come and appraise our family home in Red Hill and list it for us.Their advice to us during our preparation of the property, prior to the professional styling and marketing was very much appreciated, they could see the potential in our family home, their vision of how it could look, they advised us on ways to give our home a more modern look , and it looked fabulous for the sale. The Property Collective used small Canberra businesses for our marketing video; house furniture and décor styling; indoor and outdoor plants; carpets and flooring; window furnishings; building inspection; and conveyancing,. All project managed by Ben and Lauren. We very much liked that they used Canberra small businesses, and we loved talking to them all as they came and went in our home, and it was a pleasure to deal with them all. The house entered the market and sold at auction within 4 weeks. The final sale result met our expectations. We have been looking for a house for some time. On inspection we liked this house. Jacob walked us through the process and provided necessary support. Our dealings with Jacob and his team have been excellent. Jacob is very professional, and his dealings were transparent that gave us further confidence. Jacob was very responsive to our queries during sales and even after the settlement. We were very impressed with his marketing materials and presentation of the property as we were with his grasp over the entire sales process, particularly his closing skills. If we have to sell our property, Jacob would be our first choice.
