Jeremy Grobben, was so helpful, professional and gave us excellent advice and service in the sale of our townhouse. He was not "in your face", but there when needed, explained everything so there was no hidden surprises. Advised us on what needed to be done to the property to sell at a maximum price with small outlay, painting, carpet etc. He offered a payment plan for these renovations, payable on settlement with a small interest fee. This was extremely helpful. Jeremy is polite and professional, I would certainly employ him again and recommend him highly.
