From the very first contact we made with Kylie, it was clear that she was the ultimate professional in her trade. She listened carefully to everything we said and was very open and honest at all times, and provided us with great advice. She clearly outlined in an easy to follow manner, all the steps involved in the process of selling our house. There was absolutely no pressure at any point for us to commit to Kylie being our agent. After our initial meeting she came up with a great marketing plan. We both felt we were in really good hands and that Kylie was working with our best interests in mind to get us the best outcome. Following each open house she provided very prompt and clear updates regarding number of attendees, feedback, level of interest, etc, and was always very quick to respond to any queries we had. Throughout the complete sales process Kylie worked incredibly well and nothing was ever a problem for her, she took care of every single thing, right down to the smallest detail and we felt fully supported throughout the whole process. We approached the whole sale process with some trepidation however Lisa supported us through each step and we were very happy with the outcome which was a sale at auction. Obi made buying a home a pleasurable experience. He was very responsive to phone calls, engaging and always smiling. The only reason a have deducted a star is because there are a number of aspects of the home that would have been very helpful to know more information about. This is on the sellers though as well. Ie. Under floor heating (how it works/if it does), how to use irrigation system as well as protecting huge patches of lawn from dying during the settlement when there was a heat wave.

I actually met Obi socially through our kids and on the soccer ovals, but was very happy to take up his services for selling our house! He is both professional and friendly, and doesn't play any silly games, but talks openly and honestly, and genuinely enjoys engaging with both sellers and buyers to help them meet their goals. He was able to refer some great trades and stylist, and give a review on what fixes would be the best bang-for-buck improvements and which we managed to progress through in a tight timetable for a pre-Christmas fixes/styling/photography and market approach. The house looked great, and attracted people quickly, noting we took the more expensive marketing package - which was well worth the extra spend - as we ended up with a sale at auction at the top end of our target. Very happy with Obi and his team's work and very happy to recommend!
