We have had the best experience with Jacob as our agent selling our house. We had met Jacob at many open homes and always appreciated him remembering us, his professionalism and tailored follow up. When it came to choosing an agent, Jacob took the time to thoroughly explain the process, his approach, scenarios etc. It was a no-brainer to work with him and he has delivered every step of the way. He is an outstanding project manager and able to set milestones and achieve them. He quickly resolved any issues that came up throughout the process and kept us in the loop on everything. My experience with the Property Collective, particularly with Obi, has been an absolute delight. It couldn’t get much easier. It just took one phone call, one signature, and he was off doing his magic. I decided to sign with Obi from the Property Collective after meeting with 3 other potential agents for the sale of my property. Obi caught my attention initially as I liked his communication style. To top this off, he was the most prepared of all agents with regards to collating and presenting relevant market research and giving me a clear understanding of the sale process and how to achieve getting top dollar with minimal spend. I thought, too good to be true, but then when we discussed commission the Property Collective proved to be very competitive to the market, which made my decision easy. It was not long after, his team had facilitated maintenance and upgrade works, styling services, photography, videography (at every stage keeping me up-to-date if and when required) and before you knew it, the well thought out marketing campaign went online. It attracted great interest in the market, and this was reflected in the outcome on auction day. Obi’s follow up and insight throughout the whole campaign left no stone unturned. He was great! As the title in this review suggests, Obi made my husband and I feel like his only clients. Significant milestones throughout the process were celebrated with a few little treats here and there coupled with excitement from Obi and his team. These gestures really made The Property Collective stand out from the crowd of the many Canberra real estate agents. I cannot recommend Obi and The Property Collective enough!
