Will was easy to contact and arranged the viewing we wanted in a timely manner that suited my husband and I. We were greeted warmly and Will showed interest in our needs and in helping us. Will took our offer and got back to us with the outcome very quickly which pleased my husband and I, even though our initial offer was rejected. Will was open and seemed genuine in his dealings with us. I was not given reason to doubt what he told us and believed that he was acting in both the best interests of the seller and us as the potential buyer. It was nice to be given this confidence as it is to be expected that an agent also has their own interests at heart. However Will always made us feel that he was focused on achieving the right outcome for the buyer and seller, not the agent. Will was very good with his communication, together with his partner in sales, Lauren, we were able to contact Independent when we needed to and to get the help, advice and service we needed when we needed it. Lauren was great to deal with and helped make my first experience purchasing a property a good one. She helped walk me through the process, was in very regular contact (in one instance responding in minutes to an email I sent at 10pm) and helped facilitate the purchase of some furniture from the seller.
