•It's a shame to writing this review having only a month ago left a 5 star review. If I was able to give less than 1 star I would. I am writing this review in hopes people read it before choosing to sell or purchase through Jeremy Grobben. Having worked at the agency myself many years ago, I can confidently say that Jeremy is an outlier amongst some amazing agents. Before Christmas my wife and I purchased our future family home through Jeremy. A really exciting time. Planning what we will do to the home to make It our own and fit for our future growing family. We overpaid for the home at auction but were happy to do so because a major fault in the property was agreed to be fixed. Again, having worked in the industry myself, I don't have a negative view of real estate agents and take them for their word. Was I mistaken, Jeremy embodies every negative stereotype there is about real estate agents. Unfortunately our experience with Jeremy has ruined that excitement we deserve to have. On a technicality, that "major fault" is having a band-aid put over it and will leave us even more out of pocket, and you don't need me to tell you how hard is to save up to purchase a home in the first place. While there is a lot more that has happened at the fault of Jeremy throughout this process, like the fact that he has lost possession of the keys and we settle in a few weeks, I can appreciate not many people may have even read this far. I simply urge anyone looking to sell with Jeremy to ask for someone else at The Property Collective, they may be more expensive but certainly worth it and if you are like my wife and I and are unlucky enough to purchase through Jeremy, well hopefully you can find another home to purchase with a different agent, if not, don't make the same mistake we made and take his word for things, make sure everything is explicitly written and seek advice from other agents.
