Leanne went above and beyond in looking after us with regard to our purchase. She is honest and friendly, yet professional, and patiently worked with us to help us find our ideal apartment, not pressuring us at all. She facilitated every step of the way even when it came to finding a conveyancer and tradies for renovations as we were new to the area. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and would definitely use her services again ourselves.

I chose Leanne to sell my unit, because she had alot of knowledge about the unit complex, and had great success selling others there. On meeting her for the first time, I immediately felt at ease, and knew she would achieve the best outcome for me. I am very happy with the way Leanne conducted the whole selling process, and she also achieved the price I wanted. I would definitely recommend Leanne King from Property League. Awesome lady. Thanks Leanne. Jean Williams.

We'd been on the market for 12 months before we tried Leanne King. After only being listed for 1 week Leanne got us an unconditional cash sale contract. Leanne's natural enthusiasm and passion for property coupled with her knowledge of the local market make her a truly effective agent. I highly recommend Leanne King to anyone who wants a great result quick.

I have bought and sold many properties in Sydney and the Sunshine Coast and have never experience such good service, honesty, integrity, knowledge and genuineness in my dealings with real estate agents. Leanne has been the only agent that I really felt was in my corner, working hard to get the best result for me, the property sold quickly for a record price and well above what I was expecting. Many thanks Leanne for all your hard work and the fantastic result.

Leanne proved to be the only agent on the Sunshine Coast who “got us” she understood what we were after and found the right place for us! Her tenacity and negotiation skills were highly professional! We ended up with a great apartment at a great price in a great location! So I guess you could say she was great to deal with!

After two failed contracts due to buyers finance failure, Leanne persisted and eventually did the deal at the full price. Thanks Leanne.

Leanne was all over the purchase procedure all the time. She was very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the very end. She went above and beyond helping me move interstate and I am very grateful for her efforts. At the end of the day, she made both parties happy which is actually the most important and the hardest thing to do. Thank you Leanne and hope to do business with you again

From the first phone call through to negotiating on my behalf, through to signing the contract, Leanne King made the experience smooth and very professional. As I was from interstate, she even went the extra mile to supply me with names of conveyancers on the Sunshine Coast, and since arriving, she has stayed in touch mkaing sure I am settling in well, and answering an questions about the area that I may have...overall outstanding service. So if you are looking for an experienced and professional Real Estate Agent, with a very sincere and personal touch, you couldn’t go past Leanne King.
