Wow! Leanne worked so hard during covid-19 to sell my home. She took care of everything from doing private inspections to giving me advice on how to present my home. It was the little things with Leanne that counted so much. Leanne got me the best price above market value that was possible. I can't say enough to let you know what an honest and hard-working real estate agent she is. I will definitely always use Leanne in my future property purchases and sales.

From start to finish of our buying process, Leanne has been not only extremely thorough and professional at all times but an absolute delight to engage with. She has a wonderful, vibrant personality, has always been helpful and proactive and we have greatly appreciated her knowledge of the apartment complex that we have bought into and of the surrounding area, which has been very handy for us ex Melburnians! If we should ever wish to sell this property in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to call on Leanne.

I met Leanne by accident at my first open home the day I decided it was time to start looking for my new home. It wasn’t for me but Leanne called me a few days later & after gaining an understanding of my wants, she booked me in to see 3 places the following day. I fell in love with the very first one. Leanne was very professional throughout the whole process. She followed up everything I needed to know, stayed in constant contact with updates & was extremely helpful putting me in touch with her various contacts from building & pest inspectors, even to financiers in the end! The kids & I love our new resort style home & couldn’t be happier. We’re very grateful to Leanne for helping us make it happen!

Looking for a Real Estate Agent that gets RESULTS. Who is professional, keeps you up to date on progress, and behind the scenes works tirelessly to bring the Sale to a Happy outcome -then Leanne is the one to call. The hurdles bought on by COVID -19 didn't deter Leanne's focus or will to continue to work hard to find our buyer. There were challenges out of her or my control -Leanne was incredible -she rose to every opening with a huge smile and did an Awesome job every time. Thank You Leanne - I wish you well for a wonderful future. A Ling

We purchased an apartment in Leeward through Leanne, and she was excellent to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was through the seller or through us as the buyer. It was on this basis that we engaged her to sell our property at Glenview. She has energy to burn, and is always happy to go,the “extra mile”. Our property was a little slower to sell than I initially expected, but there various reasons for that. Leanne kept us fully informed right through the process, and in the end we achieved what we believed to be the going price. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as a top sales person, and when and if it is our intention to buy or sell again, I would head straight to Leanne. She calls it how she sees it and does not have the array of ‘real estate rubbish” that tends to be used. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Leanne was from the beginning enthusiastic about selling our apartment, as a previous resident herself in Leeward she had all the inside knowledge to promote our apartment thoroughly . She worked tirelessly to contact prospective buyers, follow ups on inspections, all the time encouraging us with her updates on progress! I can highly recommend Leanne as an agent, she is professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable of the market, whilst also being a kind and caring human being.

From our first meeting we were very impressed. Leanne was helpful and considerate. Great knowledge of property in the area. She helped us all the way through to moving in... even loaning us a vacuum when ours disappeared in the move. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Leanne was so helpful with our purchase, being open and up front about the desires of the existing tenant and acting as a go-between to ensure we all got the best outcome. The result was we have a property for our parents to move into next year and we have a happy tenant until then. Can't recommend Leanne highly enough. Paul and Sally Preston
