We have been dealing with Suzanne since our property first came on the rental market, and she has demonstrated that she is a master of all aspects of the business -- a genuine professional whose proficiency in the real estate field shines clearly. Prior to us engaging her, she learned about the property's selling points, and made wise recommendations on which repairs and modifications were worthwhile (and which ones weren't). At inspections she was engaged with both prospective tenants and us, rather than merely directing an uninformed underling to open the front door and close it 15 minutes later. She identified, vetted, and signed very good tenants, and has since struck a fine balance negotiating lease conditions that suit both sides (e.g. aiming to set lease periods that will work with their plans and encourage their retention, but would also place the property on the market during times that increase the likelihood of a short vacancy if they ultimately leave). During pre-rental repair and improvement works Suzanne accommodated trade works without any hassle and accepted deliveries of hardware; and when building issues arise during tenancy -- both for routine maintenance and unforeseen issues -- she communicates them promptly and clearly, outlining any options that are available (maintaining awareness of our interests), and arranges the necessary works seemingly effortlessly. On the general administration side, TPM's routine reporting of accounts is clear and reliable, reflecting the professionalism and advocacy that is so evident in all dealings at the coalface.
