I found Nicola was very committed to achieving the goal of a sale. She done this with having good knowledge of the area and what there was on the market to compete with, this allowed her to set a good price and to say what things needed doing and things that didn't need doing to present the house. She let us know of progress of any possible buyers and when there was a buyer she kept us up to date. Nicola had it a bit hard by us holidaying in Thailand at the time of offer and sale, but she got the job done and we were left with an excellent experience over all. Well done Nicola

Nicola had extensive knowledge of the Thornlie area, the going prices and the likely timeframes to expect some interest and offers. We had previously tried to sell the home some time earlier with a different agent and had no luck. Nicola was responsive with enquires and the matter ran smoothly from marketing to settlement.
