I have been a landlord in the area since 2003, and dealt with several property managers, who were assigned to “look after” my property, my interests and off course the tenants. I believe the role of the property manager must cover all these three aspects in order to have a good investment. From a landlords point of view, it is expected that the property is monitored to ensure that the tenants are maintaining it well, that the tenant is listened to and genuine concerns or feedback regarding the property are passed on to the landlord, to be addressed.
