Rented a property and the initial interaction was great. Team was very helpful in addressing needs. Response time and communication has been excellent in resolving the issues we highlighted in property after moving. The significant issue faced was cleaning of property. It did not seem to be taken care of adequately before our move in and we had to spend days to properly clean it.
