After a seemingly positive first six months in 2021, we foolishly decided to rent our property through them again in April 2022. This was a catastrophic mistake. The nightmare began almost immediately. Our tenant stopped paying rent in May, but our "agent," Angelica Kim, kept us completely in the dark. It took until mid June for us to even realize the issue. Their response? Promises to evict the tenant and pursue legal action. However, their incompetence delayed the eviction process by months. They missed crucial tribunal hearings, failed to file necessary paperwork, and ultimately left us to deal with a prolonged period without rent, accruing significant debt. We ended up thousands of dollars out of pocket due entirely to their negligence. Their lack of professionalism and outright incompetence is astonishing.
