We have known Angelica since late 2019 from that time our Unit was tenanted through Raine & Horne. She with her team smoothly continued the maintenance and attended to any issues/complaint arose from the tenants. Monthly statements of rental were prompt and timely issued. Such an admirable professionalism was very much appreciated. When we decided to sell the UNIT we had no hesitation to engage Angelica. During the period for sale in 2023 ,though the Bank interest was a challenge ( higher and higher for the purchaser) Angelica was very reassuring to us. She diligently pursued with many buyers keeping in mind the offer that would be attainable and so she did ! During the course of display and promotion of sale Angelica kept us informed all throughout even with personal phone-calls. We, my wife and I are very impressed with her regular communication and professionalism. We recommend any buyer/seller to engage ANGELICA and her team to get the best service. What a great outcome! It was delightful to have Angelica & Chris as my agents. Angelica and Chris were transparent, detailed since inspection of the house. Worked hard to get the deal through by supporting buyers perspective with vendor too. Only feedback I have is to be more proactive in communication throughout the deal.

Initially when we decided to go with Angelica and her team to sell our property, we were skeptical - only because we had listed with the ‘Supposedly number 1’ in the area who turned out to be a huge disappointment. However, from our first meeting she was able to put us at ease and provided the service we were expecting from an agent. Out of the few agents that we interviewed, we found Angelica to be very straightforward, honest and likeable. She was able to manage our expectations and more importantly bring in buyers for the opens which increased our chances of a solid offer, even in a declining market. Once a solid offer was received she was ablue to communicate, negotiate and seal the deal that surpassed our expectations. From the get go, it was a great pleasure dealing with Angelica and Chris, a brilliant team.
