During the period for sale in 2023 ,though the Bank interest was a challenge ( higher and higher for the purchaser) Angelica was very reassuring to us. She diligently pursued with many buyers keeping in mind the offer that would be attainable and so she did ! During the course of display and promotion of sale Angelica kept us informed all throughout even with personal phone-calls. Initially when we decided to go with Angelica and her team to sell our property, we were skeptical - only because we had listed with the ‘Supposedly number 1’ in the area who turned out to be a huge disappointment. However, from our first meeting she was able to put us at ease and provided the service we were expecting from an agent. Out of the few agents that we interviewed, we found Angelica to be very straightforward, honest and likeable. She was able to manage our expectations and more importantly bring in buyers for the opens which increased our chances of a solid offer, even in a declining market. Angelica worked hard at getting the best price for my property, showing it publicly and privately for numerous prospective buyers. She tried her best to accomodate the new buyer who was challenging at times. This was appreciated, as the sale proceeded well and at a great sale price. At times, communication could have been better, i.e. instances the lot was accessed (due to my own anxieties about having people there). However, Angelica took the constructive criticism on board and explained that she was used to having access to properties without discussing with owners which is in line with Agency Agreement terms. This by no means should be considered as a deal breaker, as she always responded to emails and calls promptly and explained what had happened and when. Angelica was also understaffed at the time, so I appreciate this may not have helped and filling me in with every detail was probably far from her mind! Angelica will continue to support me with a Tribunal case hearing with the previous tenant, and I hope she can also achieve a good outcome there. Her fees were fair, and as the director, it was clear she is passionate and dedicated to the business. Thanks Angelica!
