Once again Chris was fantastic. We've used him before and knew we would be using his services again. He's on the ball, has great communication skills and doesn't have that horrible "salesy" thing that everyone hates. Chris is professional, very knowledgeable, and makes you feel like you're his only vendor. He offers sound and realistic advice and has huge pride in his work and reputation with a genuine caring for all of his sellers and buyers. Chris is a friendly down to earth real estate agent who knows the area (the Vines). His negotiation skills to get the best price for his client were too good, managing to get top dollar for his client 😅. We would definitely call him in the future if/when we sell.
