This is the second time we have used Chris and The Vines Real Estate to sell our home. Both times our houses have sold promptly and the process was smooth. Chris is down to earth, keeps you informed, is considerate of your time and makes sure your house is seen by the maximum amount of potential buyers. If we were ever in the position to need to sell in The Vines again, we would ring Chris definitely.

Outstanding

A friend recommended Chris to us and we are very glad that we chose to sell our property through him. We found Chris outstanding, very efficient, professional and excellent communication from start to finish. We highly recommend him. He made things so easy from start to finish. He was approachable, he listened and he sold our home in a very short time. Suzie his assistant was excellent too.

Rob sold our rental in around 14 days

Rob has been in real estate for a long time, starting in the family business in the 80's. He knows what the market is today and encourages you to set a price for today. He has a lot of previous customers that always come back to deal with him , buyers , sellers and investors.

Super helpful staff

Chris and the admin team at Vines RE did a wonderful job for us. They kept us constantly updated and nothing was too much trouble. We were extremely impressed with how they handled liaising between all parties. Very efficient and helpful.
