Smoothing the Path
It was almost 25 years since we were last in the market for selling a house - and that was in the UK! So, the process appeared initially quite daunting and niot a little concerning. However, Chris was excellent at laying everything out and explaining what had to happen and how. He provided sound advice regarding potetnial buyers and also good advice on preparing the house for sale. Very satisfied with him and the efforts all all the staff at the Vines Real Estate, as they also provided the support for the rental of our property in the intervening period. Thanks to all.

Great experience
Chris is not the average salesman. Chris went above and beyond to help in areas that were well outside his scope and we appreciate the time and effort he put in to selling our home. We have already signed Chris and the team at The Vines Real Estate to sell another property for us. Highly Reccomend.
