To anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent that understands the market place, understands what good old fashioned customer service is, look no further. My experience of selling my home in Duncraig with Brian, was one of complete confidence and absolutely the outcome I was looking to achieve. Brian is extremely knowledgeable of the market place and gave me confidence from our very first meeting that what he was saying was achievable, even though it differed from my opinion. The whole process of selling my home was super easy, Brian made it all easy! He worked hard to get me the result, with numerous home opens and viewings. He always called when he said he would and was very clear and concise in the information and feedback he got from potential buyers. No Stone unturned.. Brian sold our home in Marmion in a very slow market; he held home opens every weekend and during the week days ,plus at call all the time to meet intending purchasers. We appreciated Brian’s efforts to keep us informed with what was happening during the sale process..... He gave us exceptional assistance in getting the property ready for sale. He was easy to contact, very responsive and always willing to do extra to assist us. He always kept me well informed; sending weekly marketing reports as well as regular feedback resulting from the home opens. Brian also organised a free editorial in the West Australian Newspaper for us. Brian was always responsive, hard-working and got the job done. Brian’s expert advice and sense of humour allowed us to relax and have complete faith in the sale of our home. Thank you for selling our place.
