Was punctual at all open homes and gave good advice regarding presentation of property for open homes. Had excellent knowledge of the area. Had his own database of buyers and protected our financial interests by advising us with regards to minimum price at which we should sell in a down market. Has good legal knowledge.

Glenn was the best of the four real estate companies we had come out and present to us how they would sell our house. From the outset they were super helpful. All the paperwork and the way things were going to proceed were well explained. We had a prolonged settlement which was stressful but everyday without fail Glenn called me to bring me up to speed. The market at the time was very depressed with houses for sale for months and even years. We sold very quickly.
