Absolutely atrocious customer service. Very poor communication after multiple follow ups and showed zero integrity. When we asked for him to sort a simple thing before settlement he never got back to us and then as a result settlement was delayed, he spoke to us with absolutely zero respect and screamed on the phone to f off even though settlement was delayed due to his lack of communication. Never have we experienced such awful behaviour from a sales agent in all our years of buying and selling real estate and I will never recommend someone who has such poor customer service and gave absolutely no help to either us or the vendor in getting this deal done smoothly.

I recently purchased a block of land via Glenn and found the process rather disappointing. A number of times throughout the settlement period I made contact with Glenn as a few issues arose and found him to be dismissive of my concerns or make promises only to fail to follow through on his word, if this alone were all i wouldn't have bothered leaving a review however there was a final issue that i found totally unacceptable. A few weeks prior to settlement I emailed him about rubbish (a large truck tire) that had been left at the front of the property and received no response back - the Monday of the week we were due to settle I followed up with a phone call to ensure the matter was being dealt with. It was only then that i was advised the owner had no intention of removing it. I instructed my settlement agent (based on their advice) to delay settlement until the matter was resolved. On settlement day I contacted the agent again to advise of this fact - Glenn became aggressive and dominating in his language and after a series of threats re penalties of delaying the process, ended the call by swearing at me and hanging up the call. I haven't heard from him since. Glenn really let himself, the seller & me down throughout this whole process by failing to communicate. I felt I constantly had to follow up with him to ensure things were being done, he made a number of promises along the way and failed to deliver on all of them and was very quick to point the finger of blame on other people rather than take any accountability or assist the process to ensure a happy result for all involved. If you are considering Glenn as an agent I'd strongly recommend you reconsider.
Lack of information, completely unprofessional and an overall terrible experience. Some of things I experienced included; - I wasn't told about offers on my property - Agreed terms with the client for extend settlement without telling me - Settlement was delayed because of their actions - Lack of information regarding status
