Even though it was over the Christmas break, Nic was always contactable and thankfully guided us when preparing our house for sale. He identified where to prioritize our time and money, and in our case due to the uniqueness of our property explained expensive staging would not be helpful as it will not add much to the charm of our house. Nic worked tirelessly during the preview of our home.
