Reece and the team’s market experience is exceptional. We were heavily under valued, only to have Reece come in and be brutally honest. His valuation was much closer to my expected price and right near our final sale price. The team’s communication is next level, and we are a hard bunch to communicate with due to family and work constraints, their patience was unmatched. Communicating clearly the whole way through, even though we were hard to get a hold of. Extremely quick sale, and professional attitudes.
