Stephanie was incredibly helpful when we were purchasing our first property. She assisted us in providing access for trades into the property before settlement so that we could have work started on the property right away, reducing the time we were between homes. She was friendly, understanding when there were inconveniences like running late for inspections and although she was acting on paper in the interests of the vendor we felt comfortable and supported by her in the process!

Nic was great to deal with and I would highly recommend him if you’re interested in selling a property. His communication was great, called after every open home with follow up chats through the week, he simplified things if I didn’t understand them, very quick at doing things and if he said he was going to do something by a certain date, he would and he spoke the truth in terms of real estate. Highly motivated, knowledgeable and genuine - I could tell he had my best interest at heart.

Sold my property through Reece and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Reece didn’t waste any time doing pre sale property inspections and wasn’t pushy to get us to sign anything. He was patient while we waited for our relocation to finalise. Once that was sorted he quickly set up an inspection and ran us through expectations and the process. Within the first week we had the property under offer and we received constant updates on the process so we were never left in the dark. Settlement came on time with no complications. You know the kind... salmon-coloured suit, all polished and all talk, promising the world. Nic came on board and showed a genuine interest in the property, in communicating with us, and in getting a good result.
