It’s hard to write about Derick without it sounding like a fake review. The experience we had as purchasers was perfect in every way. From the minute I emailed to enquire (and received a phone call back before I could blink), his efficiency and communication has been mind blowing. He is constantly keen to help, always with the same energy and enthusiasm, and it’s clear he genuinely loves what he does. When it then came to selling our own property we didn’t even consider other agents, it was an absolute given we would sell with Derick (which is now underway and so far the perfect experience we predicted). The difference with Derick is crystal clear communication and integrity. He takes time to listen, asks questions, and makes sure only the truth is represented. The well oiled machine he’s created to help with the process (instant emails confirming contracts, instant communication with settlement agents etc etc) is phenomenal. We joked with our settlement agent that Derick has already actioned your email before you’ve even hit send. He's not like most others in the industry.
