I'd like to thank Derick and the team at thrive real estate. Purchasing my first home was rather daunting. Derick made the whole process relatively easy. Derick was always at the other end of the phone if I need him and as an added bonus he also provides a tech service for the ones that aren't very computer competent. Overall it was a great experience my stress level wasn't as high as I thought it would be thanks to Derick . I would highly recommend Derick and the team from thrive real estate to help you on your property journey.

From the beginning, there was a high level of trust with Derick even as prospecting buyers. Derick was fair and honest and was always prompt at responding to any queries or concerns we had. We hope that in the future we will be able to deal with Derick again, whether that be to buy or sell. Thank you Derick for making our purchase that much easier!

Derick was the agent responsible for selling our home in Jandakot back in 2023, and then this month he assisted us in closing on the sale of our investment property in Atwell. Derick and his team did an excellent job in advertising our property, with high-quality photos and listing description. They worked closely with our tenants to coordinate home opens at suitable times and were a pleasure to deal with. We received 3 x excellent offers on our property and settled at higher than our asking price. Thanks Derick and Thrive Realty Team
