Derick absolutely took care of the buying process and as this is not something we are all that experienced with he guided us through and also gave us some great contacts to ease the process.

After previously purchasing and selling a house with Derick, we had no hesitation in asking him to sell our deceased estate family property. Derick is above all trustworthy, personable and highly professional, providing outstanding service throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for better communication or efficiency. Thank you Derick and team, you deserve every success.

Derick was responsive and welcoming and without his assistance in making time to meet us at short notice for an unscheduled inspection it's unlikely we would have purchased the property. I'd be happy to recommend him to friends and family and use him as agent for a sale in the future.
