Derick was from the first phone call I made totally friendly and was so very helpful with any thoughts or doubts i had. He explained the process of selling my property fully and left me feeling that I have definitely got the right agent to sell my property. I was totally blown away with how quickly my property sold ( listed on Thursday, home open Sunday and sold Sunday night) all due the professional way Thrive Real estate operate. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Derick and the Thrive team to sell any property.

Derick and his team at Thrive were extremely professional in every aspect of the sale process. Derick was confident in his market knowledge and also very caring and supportive throughout the stressful time of selling our home. We never considered anyone else and will be forever grateful to Derick.

Derrick made some big promises when we first with him to discuss selling our Glen Iris property. * He promised the property would be professionally listed and marketed within only a couple of days - TICK! * He promised a large turnout to drive competition at our first home open - TICK! * He told us that he thought we would receive more than one fair offer after only 1 weekend of home opens - SOLD! Thank you to Derrick and the Thrive Team for delivering on your promises and selling our property in less than 2-weeks from signing your contract.
