Frank was very professional, friendly with excellent communication skills. He was always available for our meetings (with no interruptions) and he outlined the sales/auction plan and advertising expertly. Frank always contacted me after each house visit to provide details re number of visitors/contracts issued. He followed up with emails of key data and advertising views online. On the day of the auction, the other partner Adam and support staff attended with the auctioneer - all were very enthusiastic and professional.
