I met Frank when he was selling the townhouse I bought in 2013. I remember thinking at the time he was very professional and objective in his approach. During the next three years Frank always took my call which I made on occasion to enquire about how the market was going. He always remembered who I was despite the hundreds of people he probably deals with. Then when I sold the same townhouse though him in 2017 he did not pressure me and always let me do things the way I wanted while still giving me guidance on what the market was doing.
