From the first email I sent, to the first property I viewed and any questions I had throughout the application process right down to moving in and following up on how we had settled in, Jayne and the Ouwens and Casserly team were personable yet very professional and prompt with every communication. They have taken care to update systems to create user friendly efficiency and are available when we’ve had questions. A wonderful company to deal with, would highly recommend.

Excellent Service
This is the first time my wife and I have rented out a property. From the very beginning the service provided has been understanding of our situation and very informative. Any questions have been answered without hesitation and mostly at the time in conversation. Staff we have dealt with have been professional, diligent and more than happy to assist us with every contact. The monthly reports have been most welcome for us to be across our rental activity, and it is clear there is transparency and openness with information sharing relative to our tenancy.

Nice, experienced and helpful staff
OC have been very helpful. I was hesitant to get a property manager for quite a whole, but as soon as I started speaking with Nicole, she talked me through the process and any concerns. Seamless and simple onboarding / ongoing management
We recently engaged Timms to manage a rental property we just purchased. We are living overseas and the process was all done remotely. It was made extremely simple and hassle free from our side. Everything was done on the dates promised, tenants were secured quickly and at the upper end of the suggested amount. Having rented out properties (both long term and holiday) in a few different countries - this has been by far the most enjoyable experience so far

Great, friendly service with a smooth experience!
