Iwona coordinated the open inspection of the home we attended which was run professionally and calmly and Iwona was relaxed and approachable and even had a giggle with me but was still extremely aware of everything going on in the house and attended to everyone’s questions promptly, Covid restrictions were followed seemingly without impacting the agents capability of coordination and didn’t remove the personal touch with prospective tenants. Iwona from Timms has made my family’s whole experience of having to move location a smooth and pleasant, welcoming transition, made all the difference. Paperwork was streamlined without any hitches and I was made to feel as a valuable client throughout the whole process :) thank you Iwona and Timms, best start to the year and we absolutely love our new home xxx

Nicole and Iwona were very professional and transparent throughout the leasing process, and were prompt and helpful when I encountered some maintenance issues after moving in. Iwona was also very patient and made sure to clarify some of my misunderstanding of the bills. No issues/complaints from me so far.

Would highly recommend! Timms Team have been nothing short of professional and empathetic to our needs from the get go. Selling our house in VIC, trying to relocate back and rent a property in SA during lockdown and a pandemic was a great feat. Iwona allowed use to do a virtual inspection from VIC being empathetic to our needs and desperation with the threat of our family soon becoming homeless with our 2 year old. We applied and managed to secure the rental while Timms have been absolutely professional, caring and accommodating to our needs. Particularly as our family was seperated for 3 months due to border closures and we had only our basic needs and minimal furniture in that time. Timms (Iwona & Nicole) went above and beyond in making sure any maintenance or repairs for the new rental were taken care off immediately. In my experience, Timms has been the best real estate agent we have ever had dealings with and we are very impressed and happy with the professionalism and service they offer. Thank you so much!

After a very comprehensive selection process, we were fortunate to obtain a rental property twelve months ago through Timms Real Estate.
