TM is Truly Magnificent!
Over the last fifteen years I have rented, bought, sold, bought again, and now leased an apartment! It's a joyful experience if you have the right people by your side, and I am truly amazed by and highly satisfied with my experience with TM Residential. When the going gets tough, the tough get strategies! ... And that is what really has made the difference with TM Residential, who after gaining my business were dedicated to the task of leasing my apartment in what is undoubtedly a difficult time for owners in a "buyers' market". Flawless agency
Jessica has managed our property in WA for almost 6 months as we are living overseas. Trusting an agency to oversee, care for and manage our biggest investment was not easy until we met the team at TM. They are professional, prompt, honest and so accommodating. Great Agency!
We moved over from another agency to TM Residential a few months ago, with Jessica as our new property manager. Jess went above and beyond to ensure the change over was easy, and our property was leased out as soon as it became vacant. Communication is key, and Jess has been amazing. Highly recommend the agency and Jessica.

Great Service
We moved to TM after our previous agent had failed to lease the property. TM actively worked the market to not only lease the property quickly but also to achieve the best rent. During the lease they have always kept us informed. I feel they are working in our best interest as opposed to other agents that do whatever is easiest & least amount of work. I have been very impressed & highly recommend.

Trustworthy, Friendly and Efficient Service
I have employed TM Residential for the past 3 years and found the Team to be reliable and efficient in looking after my rental property while I am overseas. The property is well monitored and the rent arrives in my account every month without fail. I get a pictorial update on it's condition regularly and any repairs that have been required have been carried out without fuss. Set and forget...pefect for my personal situation.
