About Chris

Chris has real estate running through his veins! Hailing from South Africa where his parents owned a successful agency in Johannesburg, Chris has lived and breathed real estate since birth!. He runs our ever growing leasing department and brings a wealth of knowledge with him. Having managed and sold residential property in South Africa and New Zealand, Chris moved to Australia in 2006 and entered the industry immediately. He comes to us after working for over 5 years with one of Perth’s leading firms and has been exposed to a wide range of property markets, systems and technologies embedded within industry leading property organisations. This experience has afforded Chris a well-rounded understanding of local legislation and the skills required to successfully maintain what could be one of your single most valuable assets. Chris can appraise your investment and advise on how to maximise returns whilst limiting risk to ensure that your investment is leased and managed ethically and professionally. With such a wealth of experience and strong commitment to the clients he works for, Chris is the obvious choice when you are looking for someone to manage your asset.

About LOUISE

Louise commenced a career in property management in 2005, after gaining some valuable experience managing properties throughout Western Australia, managing student accommodation in Melbourne and then broadly travelling the United Kingdom and other states around Australia. Louise has now joined the team at TM Residential in early 2018. Louise has a strong customer service background having worked in hospitality management for 5 years, along with a friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills; she is extremely hard working and devoted to delivering her best performance every day. Louise dutifully goes about completing her tasks, always providing support and encouragement to those around her. In her time away from work Louise is often found playing in community based concert bands or conducting the Alumni Band which she is heavily involved with. Louise has a very close knit family in Perth and spends a lot of her time visiting them and watching her young nieces and nephews play sport on the weekends.

We feel so lucky that we chose TM Residential when we decided to relocate to Sydney from Perth and needed to lease our home. TM - Setting the bar high for leasing agents in Perth

The TM team (Matil in particular) have set the bar high for leasing agents in Perth. While we were in the middle of an overseas trip and moving interstate, Matil seamlessly helped organise viewings and give constant, honest feedback about our property until it was rented out. Chris was the best!

After a bad experience with another firm, we were hesitant about starting all over. On arrival to the property Chris warmly greeted us and was happy to help with any and all questions. He gave us great feedback and assured us he would contact us the following day. We viewed the property at 5 pm and had a lease by noon the following day. We couldn’t be happier

Quickly found us a tenant

Exceptional service
